Two ways to start, four deeper assessments, and a membership for those who want to be followed over time. Every appointment is held by Dr Nathalie Helm, specialist physician and Associate Professor. Prices are final: healthcare is exempt from VAT, so no VAT is added.
Everyone starts with a Health Assessment.
Two ways to start. The phone consultation is for those who want to talk it through before booking, and it is credited if you go ahead within 30 days. After the Health Assessment, abnormal values are followed up with targeted re-testing within three months, and the full panel is repeated once a year. As a member, the follow-up is included; otherwise it is booked separately.
Two follow-up visits for patients who have done the Health Assessment but are not members. As a member, both are included in your check-ins.

Deeper assessments when there is a clear question to answer.
The deeper assessments always include the full Health Assessment and add a targeted investigation, a review with a decision, and a written plan. Which deeper assessment is warranted is determined by your values, your symptoms, and your history. If you have done the Health Assessment within the past year, you do not pay for it again: the investigation is added as an add-on, and the review takes place at a check-in if you are a member, otherwise at a follow-up visit.
Individual investigations added to the Health Assessment or a deeper assessment when they contribute something to the assessment. The price covers the investigation and my reading of the result; my preparation and the review are not included in the add-on price. The review takes place in the Health Assessment visit, at a check-in if you are a member, or at a 60-minute follow-up visit (6,900 SEK), which includes my preparation.

If you want to be followed over time, there is membership.
A membership means that I follow you over time: an annual check-up with the full panel, a check-in every three months, a health plan that is kept up to date, and replies within 24 hours on weekdays. Three tiers, from 1,950 SEK/month: Long-term health, Long-term health plus for those on medical weight treatment, and Personal physician. Three-month minimum term, then month by month.
