Membership. Follow-up by the same physician over time.
A membership means that I follow you over time: an annual check-up with the full panel, a check-in every three months, a health plan that is updated at every contact, and replies within 24 hours on weekdays. Three tiers, a three-month minimum term, and a limited number of places.
Replies within 24 hours on weekdays, at all tiers. I am available to my patients year-round; if the response time is longer when I travel, I let you know in advance.
The same physician at every contact, with access to your full history.
I hold every meeting myself. That is why the number of members is limited. Right now it is full, and you join the waiting list.
Follow-up over time, not a single snapshot.
Most of what affects how you age cannot be determined on a single occasion. Lipids, insulin sensitivity, hormones, muscle mass, and sleep move over months and years, and it is the direction that matters, not a single value. The membership is built to see the direction: annual re-testing, regular check-ins, and a written health plan that is updated at every contact.
It is also where treatment belongs. Hormone therapy, lipid-lowering treatment, and medical weight treatment require follow-up, and the membership is built for it: prescriptions, tests when they are needed, and a physician who knows your history. Treatment that requires a work-up is started within a deeper assessment, which includes the first months of follow-up. After that it continues within the membership.
Three ways to be followed.
All tiers share the same backbone: an annual check-up with the full panel, a check-in every three months, a living health plan, priority booking, and replies within 24 hours on weekdays. The difference is whether you are on medical weight treatment, and how closely you want to be followed. All intervals are starting points: which investigations are done, and how often, is determined by your individual assessment, never by the membership tier itself.
Long-term health
A check-in every three months: three 30-minute video visits and one 60-minute annual check-up, with an updated health plan after each.
- Annual check-up with the full panel, included in the fee
- Targeted re-testing of abnormal values when needed, for example after three months
- Prescriptions and follow-up of stable treatment: hormone therapy, thyroid treatment, or lipid-lowering treatment
- Updated written health plan after every check-in
- Your trends as the reference at every test
For those who want to be followed over time, with or without treatment. Medical weight treatment is followed in Plus.
Long-term health plus
Everything in Long-term health, plus the closer follow-up that medical weight treatment requires.
- Follow-up of medical weight treatment, with remote prescriptions
- Body composition before every check-in, every three months: you measure it yourself with an InBody scale at a gym or clinic following my instructions, or with AMRA as an add-on (5,500 SEK)
- Follow-up labs at three and six months, then the full panel at the annual check-up
- Annual check-up with the full panel, included in the fee
- AMRA as an add-on, 5,500 SEK, when it adds something
The entry point is Metabolic health. The tier applies for as long as the weight treatment continues, then Long-term health. Medication is paid for at the pharmacy.
Personal physician
Check-ins when medically warranted, at least every three months. Replies the same weekday, booking within two weekdays, a direct channel.
- Everything in Long-term health plus, as needed
- Included every year: annual check-up with the full panel, a test day with fitness and strength, and AMRA
- Biological age on request, as an estimate
- Whole-body MRI assessment for 24,500 SEK when medically warranted, the price without a new Health Assessment
- We book and coordinate all appointments for you, one invoice
Cap: 20 members. Waiting list when it is full.
A three-month minimum term, after which the membership runs month by month. Monthly payment: 1,950, 2,450, and 5,900 SEK respectively. Healthcare is exempt from VAT, so no VAT is added. The membership can start directly after the Health Assessment or after a deeper assessment, and the follow-up within three months is then included. Deeper assessments and add-ons are booked at add-on prices, without paying for the Health Assessment again. Medication is never included in the fee.
Dr Nathalie Helm’s medical expertise and holistic perspective made me feel safe and confident that she was seeing the whole picture, not just one small part of the body. After thorough testing, I received a treatment clearly tailored to me and my current life situation. Every step has been followed up with great care and dedication. I can’t imagine a more competent doctor.
Frequently asked questions.
Which tier suits me?
If you want to be followed over time, with or without a stable treatment such as hormone therapy, thyroid treatment, or lipid-lowering treatment: Long-term health. If you are on medical weight treatment, or about to start: Long-term health plus, which has the closer follow-up that weight treatment requires. If you want everything coordinated, with me as your personal physician and replies the same weekday: Personal physician, capped at 20 members.
Why is membership required for treatment?
Treatment without follow-up is not care. Hormone therapy, lipid-lowering treatment, and medical weight treatment require check-ups, tests, and adjustments over time, and the membership is built so that they actually happen. Treatment that requires a work-up is started within a deeper assessment, which includes the first months of follow-up, and then continues within the membership. Lipid-lowering treatment and some thyroid treatment can, based on my assessment, be started directly within Long-term health.
Can I start the membership directly after the Health Assessment?
Yes. The membership can start directly after the Health Assessment visit, and the follow-up within three months with targeted re-testing is then included. If you would rather wait, you book the follow-up separately for 2,900 SEK and decide afterwards. After a deeper assessment, the membership takes over once the deeper assessment’s own follow-up is complete.
I am already Nathalie’s patient. What applies to me?
You go straight into Long-term health, or into Long-term health plus if you are on medical weight treatment, without a new work-up. The full panel is taken at your next annual check-up. If you do not want to become a member, you book a follow-up visit instead: 30 minutes with targeted re-testing for 2,900 SEK, or 60 minutes to review new investigations for 6,900 SEK.
What does the first year cost in total?
Health Assessment followed by twelve months of Long-term health: 30,900 SEK. Health through menopause, which is a three-month package, followed by nine months of Long-term health: 30,450 SEK. Metabolic health followed by eleven months of Long-term health plus: 41,850 SEK. Medication, partner investigations, and add-ons are extra.
Is medication included in the fee?
No. You collect medication at the pharmacy and pay as usual. What is included is the assessment, the prescribing, and the follow-up.
What happens when Nathalie is on vacation or ill?
I am available to my patients year-round, including during vacation. If the response time is longer when I travel, I let you know in advance, and if you have an ongoing treatment we make sure prescriptions and test results are planned before then. If I am ill myself, booked appointments are moved and you are told as soon as possible. For acute problems in Sweden, 1177 or 112 always applies; if you are in another country, call your local emergency number.
Minimum term and termination: can I cancel the membership?
The membership has an initial minimum term of three months. Thereafter it is extended one month at a time. You may cancel the membership at any time by email to us. It ends at the end of the current membership month, but no earlier than when the first three months have passed.
If you end the membership during an ongoing treatment, we help you with the transition to continued care. You receive an updated treatment plan and a medical summary to give to your general practitioner or other healthcare provider. With your consent, we can send the summary directly.
I assess the need for continued prescribing and clarifies what follow-up is needed and where you should turn.
The plan, the summary, and any prescribing in connection with the termination are included in the membership. You pay yourself for medication and for any care at the practice that takes over.
You always have the right to discontinue care or treatment regardless of any payment commitment. Full terms are set out in the terms and conditions.
What does the waiting list mean?
Personal physician is capped at 20 members, and the total number of members is limited by the fact that one physician holds every meeting herself. If you have done a deeper assessment with me and treatment has become relevant, you have a place. The waiting list applies when the tiers are full, and I will then get in touch, in turn, as places open up.
Do you want to be followed over time?
Join the waiting list and I will get in touch, in turn, as places open up. If you have not done a Health Assessment, we start there.
