of working women with menopause symptoms say their work performance is negatively affected. Based on 66,456 Swedish women in the Womni survey 2025.1

5.3M SEK

saved by Strängnäs municipality in one year after investing in menopause health for employees. Short-term absence among women aged 40 to 60 fell measurably.2

65%

of women believe better employer support, including education, openness, and flexible hours, would directly improve their performance.1

Three ways in

From a single keynote to a long-term partnership.

Single engagement. Low commitment. High clarity.

A talk for the leadership team, a department, or the whole company. Conferences, off-sites, internal education, women's networks. 30 to 90 minute keynote or half-day interactive workshop. Adapted to your audience.

Evidence

More fitness. Lower risk.

Dose response: cardiorespiratory fitness and risk of early death Hazard ratio for mortality declines stepwise from 1.0 in the lowest fitness quartile to 0.20 in the elite group. In a study of 122,007 adults, the risk of early death dropped at every step up in aerobic capacity. No upper limit was observed. The same biological capacity drives focus, energy, and endurance at work.

For whom

We fit companies that take performance seriously.

The buyer

CEO, COO, or CFO who recognizes that the focus and energy of the leadership team is not random. Often also CMO, CPO, or Head of HR driving wellness strategy.

Company size

100 to 500 employees is the sweet spot. Large enough for budget, small enough that the leadership team can be engaged directly.

Industries where it works well

Tech and SaaS, consulting, law firms, finance, growth companies in health and medtech. Companies where cognitive load is high and people are the core asset.

Timing when it really fits

Before major shifts (IPO, scale-up, M&A). When you want to retain senior talent. When the share of women in leadership is a strategic question.
