You want to know where you stand
A comprehensive map of your health right now. Inflammation, metabolism, hormones, vitamin and mineral status. Not just "within reference range", but what the values say about how you actually feel.
45-minute video consultation with a specialist physician. 44 blood markers analyzed from a functional medicine perspective. A written personalized health plan to return to.
A blood analysis without interpretation is just numbers. The Health Assessment is a 45-minute video consultation where we go through your lab results, your symptoms, and the personalized health plan I have drawn up based on the full picture.
The lab work covers 44 blood markers analyzed from a functional medicine perspective. Not only to rule out disease, but to identify imbalances that affect your vitality, recovery, and how you age.
After the consultation you receive your personalized health plan in writing, so you have something concrete to return to.
The Health Assessment is for you who want to understand your health in depth, not just whether the values fall within the reference range.

Fatigue, sleep, gut, hormones, autoimmune. Symptoms that have never been explained. We go deeper than the standard panel and look for underlying causes.
Healthy but curious about what you can do to stay that way. A baseline you can follow over time, plus concrete interventions to start with.

Kidney and electrolytes · creatinine, sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphate. Blood sugar · fasting glucose, HbA1c, fasting insulin. Lipids · total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, ApoA1, ApoB, ApoB/ApoA1 ratio, Lp(a). Vitamins and minerals · vitamin D, B12, folate, homocysteine, ferritin, iron. Thyroid · TSH, plus free T3, free T4 and TPO antibodies (women). Sex hormones · FSH and estradiol (women); PSA, SHBG, total and bioavailable testosterone (men). Extended women's panel · DHEA-s, prolactin, cortisol (optional).
This is a broad baseline panel, the starting point for your assessment. When your results call for it, we add targeted tests. That keeps the first step affordable and goes deeper only when it genuinely adds something.
Expect 1–4 weeks. You normally book the consultation about a week out and have the blood draw done while you wait. If you are a woman with a menstrual cycle, I prefer to draw estradiol and FSH on day 3–5 of the cycle, so you time the blood draw accordingly and book the consultation a few days after.
Two things. The blood draw is done fasting in the morning, so no food or drink (other than water) from the evening before. Plus two health questionnaires that take approximately 20 minutes to complete. You receive detailed instructions once you have booked.
Yes. Many choose to follow their markers over time to see the effect of the changes we have made. At a follow-up assessment you already have a baseline to compare against, which lets us be more targeted in the analysis. We agree on a plan that fits your situation.
Three things. The breadth of the lab work, the interpretation from a functional medicine perspective (where we look at imbalances, not just disease), and the time we take together to go through your values in your context. The value is not just in the labs but in what happens after.
Yes. I am a licensed physician and prescribe prescription medication and write referrals when it is medically warranted and compatible with Swedish law. Prescriptions rarely solve the underlying problem, however, so the health plan focuses primarily on lifestyle and biology.
Book directly online. You receive instructions for the blood draw and health questionnaires by email.
